Return Policy
- Returns are accepted within 15 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Return
- Contact us via our contact page with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send you a return authorisation and instructions within 2 business days.
- Pack your item(s) securely and send them back using a trackable shipping method.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving your return. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
